MARQUETTE, Mich. - After a strong weekend from the NMU swim and dive team to open 2025, diver Kalina Ceglinski earned GLIAC Diver of the Week honors.

Ceglinski had a dominant evening in the pool for the 'Cats in its first home meet of 2025, winning both the 1-meter diving and 3-meter diving with scores of 278.78 and 273.30, respectively. Ceglinski finished 9.9 points ahead of second place in the 1-meter, and 34.87 points ahead of second place in the 3-meter dive. Along with finishing first in both events, Ceglinski earned her six-dive NCAA qualification score.

The 'Cats are next on the road to Green Bay, Wisconsin, for the UW Green Bay meet on Saturday, February 1.
