WILDCAT TALK |
"It was fun to finally play a competitive game after preparing for so long. We felt ready to play and everyone was sharp," said NMU midfielder Justina L'Esperance.
"I think we played really well but there are obviously things that we still need to figure out. My teammate Isa shot the ball and the goalie rebounded it right to me and I happened to be in the right spot so all I had to do was kick it in. My teammates did all the work for the goal. I'm really excited for the season to see what we can accomplish," concluded L'Esperance.
