PREVIEW: Swim and Dive set to Host UW-Stevens Point

MARQUETTE, Mich. -- The NMU swim and dive team's have had a slight schedule change, and will now play host to UW-Stevens Point over the weekend.

What was originally scheduled as a road meet in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, for the 'Cats had to be shifted to the PEIF Pool in Marquette after an issue arose with the Pointers' pool.

Despite the change of venue, the meet remains on Saturday, January 17, with a start time of 2 p.m. ET. Attendance to the PEIF Pool is free, fans can catch both the swimming and diving live streams on FloSports, and fans can follow along with live results by using the app Meet Mobile. 

Both the men's and women's team's slipped in December edition's of the CSCAA Top 25 Dual Meet Rankings, with the men and women falling from 8th and 10th before both landing on the 11th spot, respectively. On the boards, the men slipped from 10th to 11th while the women stayed in its fifth place ranking, in the December edition of the US PDCA NCAA Diving Polls & Power Rankings.
