MARQUETTE, Mich. - The NMU men's swim and dive team concluded the season with a 13th place finish at the 2025 NCAA Championships.

The 'Cats had a successful week of competition, finishing as the 13th best team in the nation and boasting a handful of All-Americans and top finishes. The championships started on Tuesday, March 11, with diving qualifications before moving onto four more days of competition.

NMU opened the week with Tobie Stiles and Benaiah Schnurstein advancing into the NCAA Championships. Of the 40 divers who entered, the pair made the cut as two of the 18 who posted good enough scores to advance.

Day two of competition started with a bang, as Leo Nolles earned a bronze medal and First Team All-America honor in the 50 freestyle before anchoring the 200 medley relay team of Ian Rocheleau, Wyatt Dickman, and William LaCount, earning a Second Team All-America honor.

Day three saw Stiles in the 3-meter diving, Daniel Lopez Aponte in the 400 IM, and the 400 medley relay team of Rocheleau, Dickman, LaCount, and Nolles all earning Second Team All-America honors. Stiles finished 16th, Lopez Aponte finished 11th, and the relay team finished 13th overall.
