MARQUETTE, Mich. - The NMU Alpine Ski team has one final weekend before the National Championships, that being the USCSA Regional Championships at Marquette Mountain. 

The 'Cats final competition before nationals will take place on their home course, with Marquette Mountain set to host the two-day competition. Both Saturday and Sunday call's for a chance of snow, with temperatures ranging from 24 to 10 degrees on Saturday and a staggering 13 to -2 degrees on Sunday.

Both Saturday and Sunday's runs will start at 10:30 AM from Marquette Mountain. Live results when made available can be found at Live-Timing.com. 

Last Time Out
The 'Cats dominated from Spirit Mountain, with the teams controlling 15 of the top 20 spots in the giant slalom on Saturday followed up by 12 of the top 20 spots in the slalom on Sunday.

Tommie Springer, Maddy Stern, and Reagan Olli swept the podium for the women and Aaron Grzelak and Anthony Petkov claimed gold and silver for the men on Saturday. [RECAP]

Ainsley Kirk, Olli, and Ella Wichert swept the podium for the women, and Grzelak, Reed Heathman, and Andrew Truman swept the podium for the men on Sunday. [RECAP]

Last Time at Regional's
Both the men and the women claimed first place on each day of the competition over the weekend, as the men garnered a total of 17 points with four podium finishes and the women earned 13 points with five podium finishes.

Men's Results
The men swept the slalom podium on Saturday, led by Aaron Grzelak, Brad Seaborg, and Reed Heathman. Heathman claimed silver on Sunday, followed by Will Blackmer and Grzelak in fourth and fifth.

Ella Wichert and Reagan Olli claimed spots one and two for the women on Saturday, followed by the trio of Tommie Springer, Olli, and Ainsley Kirk claiming gold, silver, and bronze medals in the giant slalom on Sunday.
