SUNSET BEACH, NC. - The men's golf team completed its second round action from the Sea Trail Intercollegiate today, shooting +15 to finish +27 on the weekend and finish sixth.
As a team over the weekend, the 'Cats played the par 3's at +12 (2nd among field), par 4's at +52 (7th), par 5's at -2 (7th), and recorded 117 pars (3rd) and 26 birdies (8th).
Walter Ylitalo posted the best round two scorecard at +2, as he finished T21 at +7 for the weekend.
Eric Yun was next, shooting a +3 to finish T10, just six strokes off the leader.
Russel Sprecher turned in a +4 76 to finish at +8 for the weekend and T25.
Brady Badker shot a +6 78, followed by
Arthur Ylitalo and
Tyler Annala with matching 82's.
