Olli and Kirk Earn First and Second Team All American Honors in Slalom

Reagan Olli and Ainsley Kirk help guide the Wildcats to fourth place - less than one second away from second place

LAKE PLACID, New York - Reagan Olli and Ainsley Kirk led the way for the 'Cats in the slalom, earning All-American honors and helping guide the women to a 4th place finish.

Rocky Mountain College took first place with a 10-second gap, and the Wildcats placed fourth in a tightly contested second-fourth seeding with their combined time of 5:31.02, trailing second place Babson College by less than .6 seconds (5:30.68). 

Olli (53.53, 54.09 - 1:47.61) was named First-Team All-American with her fifth place finish in the slalom, after posting top-6 times in each of her respective runs. Kirk (56.88, 54.67 - 1:51.55) was named Second-Team All-American with her 15th place finish, moving up three spots after her first run to claim the final All-American spot.

Ella Wichert (56.55, 55.31 - 1:51.86) narrowly missed out All-American honors, finishing right behind her teammate in 16th, and Emily Creek (1:01.11, 59.95 - 2:01.06) rounded out the 'Cats in 45th.
