MARQUETTE, Mich. – The Wildcats took to the PEIF pool today where they went up against the Michigan Tech Club.
Thibault Auger was able to break the NMU pool record for the 200-yard Backstroke with his time of 1:45.69.
Wyatt Dickman made the same accomplishment in the 100-yard IM with his final time of 51.99.
Leo Nolles took part in the annual Wildcat Skins Time Trial where he competed against teammate
William LaCount. Nolles took the first-place title with his time of 21.29 while LaCount was close behind with 21.58.
Highlights
Group A's Auger, Dickman,
Ryan Lund, and Nolles saw the top of the podium for the 200-yard Medley Relay after finishing with a time of 1:35.50.
Along with his broken record, Dickman continued to make it into the top five throughout the day. He took second in the 200-yard Freestyle and fifth in the 200-yard Breaststroke.
Nolles was another one to look out for with his abundant top finishes. During his time in the pool he managed to place third in the 100-yard IM, first in the 100-yard Freestyle, 200-yard Freestyle Relay, and 200-yard Medley Relay.
