MARQUETTE, Mich. — The Wildcat women's basketball team of Northern Michigan University is set to begin postseason play Tuesday with a home contest against Davenport University. NMU is the No. 7 team in the GLIAC tournament field, coming into the contest with an overall and league record of 10-8.

NMU won game one 73-61 and game two 65-55.
Sophomore guard Makaylee Kuhn posted a career-high 39 points against the Pride in the second game, while also grabbing a team-high seven rebounds.
