MARQUETTE, Mich. — The Wildcat women's basketball team returns home to the Physical Education Instructional Facility with a three-game home stand, Feb. 13-16.
The Northern Michigan University team opens up their home stretch with a two game series against Grand Valley State University, Feb. 13-14. Both games are set for 1 p.m. starts inside the PEIF basketball gym.
Their home stand concludes on Tuesday, Feb. 16 with a 7:30 p.m. game against rival Michigan Technological University. That game will air on local television, TV6/FOX UP.

LAST TIME OUT

The women picked up the weekend split on the road at Northwood last weekend, dropping game one by a close margin, 69-60, after being knotted up at 60-all in the waning minutes. They rebounded on day two, clinching the 55-53 victory for the split.
The women have now won three of the last four, all on the road.

NMU VERSUS GRAND VALLEY

With an all-time record of 42-53, the Wildcats currently trail the program series with the Lakers with GVSU claiming both victories during last season's series.

NMU VERSUS MICHIGAN TECH
|
In their last meeting, the Huskies narrowly clinched victory over NMU, taking the 51-48 victory and season series.
Despite their sweep last season, the Wildcats continue to hold the edge in the all-time series, leading 52-49.
