Biography

2017: One of eight players to compete in every contest during the 17-match season, while also being one of four to start in each contest. Sachs scored her lone goal of the season on October 20 versus Ferris State. Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

2016: Appeared and started in 17 games. Sachs had one shot on goal out of her three attempted shots. Named to GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

2015: Named team's Newcomer of the Year. Started all 17 games she appeared in. Recored her first career goal at Walsh (Sept. 27).

Before NMU: Earned all-conference first team honors as a senior and honorable mention accolades as a junior. Was named her conference's Defensive Player of the Year and her team's Defensive MVP. Helped team capture conference and regional championships in 2014. Also competed in cross country, earning all-conference honorable mention accolades and all-state academic honors.

Personal: Daughter of Frank and Vicki Sachs. Majoring in Forensic Biochemistry. Born on September 11, 1997.
