Biography

2019-20: Started seven games before season ending injury. Was averaging 7.1 points and 3.3 rebounds per game before injury. 13 points at Minn. St. Mankato. 11 points at Lewis. Seven rebounds against Concordia St. Paul.

2018-19: Named GLIAC Player of the Week two times during the season. Earned First Team All-GLIAC honors. 21 points in the team's upset victory over Grand Valley State. Season-high 24 points against Minnesota State-Mankato. Reached double figures in 15 games. Averaged 4.9 rebounds per game.

2017-18: Named the GLIAC’s Freshman of the Year. Scored double-figures in 19 games, reaching atleast 20 points on three occasions…scored 29 points at Grand Valley St. Set a new school record by hitting 15 of 15 free throws against Saginaw Valley St.

Before NMU: Smith entered her senior year with 1,478 career points, an average of 28.2 per game. She owns a single-game high of 51 points, which is tied for sixth in Wisconsin history. Smith was voted Northland Pines's MVP and a first team all-conference honoree each of the past three seasons. As a junior in 2016, she was unanimously chosen as the Great Northern Conference (Wis.) Player of the Year and was named to the WBCA Division 3 All-State first team.
