Biography

2017: Appeared in seven contests.

2016: Played in five games.

Before NMU: A transfer from NAIA Spring Arbor University, Burmeister competed for Grayling High School and Traverse City Northstrom before beginning his collegiate career. A four-year starter and three-year captain at Grayling, he earned all-state honors as a junior and senior and helped the Vikings capture a conference title as a sophomore. Also an all-conference basketball player, he received the Viking Athlete award, presented to the best male athlete in his graduating class.

Personal: Son of Lisa and Monte. Born on January 9, 1997. Majoring in Business Management.
