2016: Appeared in six games, starting three in net. Recorded a 0.82 goals against average, a .852 save percentage and 23 saves. Made a season-high nine saves against Findlay on Oct. 23. Started Northern Michigan's first game in program history on Sept. 4 at Missouri-St. Louis and earned its first win on Sept. 18 against Walsh.

Before NMU: While at NAIA Grand View University, Lapuh helped the Vikings achieve a No. 5 national ranking and captured third team all-conference accolades. He also was a two-time NAIA defensive player of the week and Heart of America defensive player of the week. Before he began his collegiate career, he played for numerous club teams in his native Slovenia; he was a member of Ljubljana's representative team and served as captain of ND Ilirija 1911, which he played for from 2001 to 2011. With ND Ilirija 1911, he won three division titles in three different age groups and placed second in the Slovenian U-18 division.
