Before NMU: Totaled 10 varsity letters across four sports at Ishpeming High School. All Conference and All State Honorable mention on two occasions. School's all-time leading scorer with 1,177 points, and single season scoring record with 509 points. U.P. Dream Team in 2018.

Personal: Son of Terry and Paula Holmgren. Born August 24, 2000. Majoring in Pre-Med.
