Before NMU: Played football for Western Illinois. In high school, Was a four-year letterman in the wide receiver and safety positions. Earned all-conference (2016-17) and all-district (2017) honors. Also competed in track, specializing in the 100 and 200-meter dashes.

Personal: Nephew of Danielle Skinner. Born 06/15/2000.
