2014: Named the team's Offensive Newcomer of the Year after playing in all 11 games on the offensive line.

Before NMU: Competed at Coffeyville Community College for two years as a defensive tackle and offensive guard.

High School: Earned four letters at Lawrence High School. Earned All-Area along with being named All-Conference twice.

Personal: Son of Sheryl Cherry and Gilbert Brown. Criminal Justice major. Born on March 5th, 1993.
