2015: Served as team captain for second-straight season. Finished the year with 85 tackles, including 51 solo stops, and was named to the all-GLIAC second team. Hauled in two interceptions, including one he returned for a 25-yard touchdown against Malone (Oct. 10). Led team in tackles for a loss with 9.5. Named to the all-GLIAC second team.
2014: Named a team captain. Appeared in seven games, posting 45 tackles (22 solo, 23 assisted). Ranked third on the team with 5.5 tackles for a loss and 2.5 sacks. Made 13 tackles against Saginaw (Oct. 4) and 12 tackles against Quincy (Sept. 13).
2013: Played in all 10 games. Finished third on the team in tackles with 62 (32 solo, 30 assisted). Had an interception and fumble recovery in the season opener against Findlay (Sept. 14). Later in the season had a 10-tackle performance at Saginaw Valley (Nov. 9).
2012: Lettered for the first time after appearing in all 11 games. Tallied 29 total tackles (15 solo, 14 unassisted). Had three tackles for a loss and one sack. Tallied 10 tackles at Wayne State (Oct. 20). Intercepted a pass and returned it 20 yards against Grand Valley (Oct. 13). Had an interception at Northwood (Oct. 27). Named team’s Defensive Newcomer of the Year.
2011: Squad member.
High School: Lettered twice at Northville High School under Matt Ladach. All-conference, all-metro west, all-area first team, all-state first team on defense. Team was 9-2 and division champs. Also lettered in basketball.
