Biography

2013: Played in all ten games and was fifth on the team for his 47 total tackles (16 solo, 31 assist). Led the team in tackles for loss with 7.5 while also recording four sacks, good for second on the squad. Returned a fumble eight yards for a touchdown against Wayne State in a 33-21 victory (Oct. 26). Named the team's Defensive Most Improved.

2012:  Appeared in five games for first letter. Had 90 receiving yards on nine catches. Tallied 43 yards receiving on four catches at Ohio Dominican (Sept. 15).

High School:  Lettered in football three times at Boyne City High School under David Hills. All-state and all-conference. MHSFA all-star. Played fullback and linebacker. Team was 22-9 in three years. Also was an all-conference basketball player and all-state in track.

Personal:  Enjoys hunting and boating. Majoring in entrepreneurship. Son of Randy and Karen Kruzel. Brother Tyler played football at NMU. Born on May 1, 1991.
