2011:  Lettered for the first time after appearing in all 29 matches and 104 sets as the libero. Received team’s Top Newcomer Award. Led the team in digs with 390. Also collected 60 assists and 23 service aces. Had double digit digs in 22 matches, including five matches with 20 digs. Had a career-high 27 digs vs. Ferris State (Sept. 11). Had 24 digs at Saginaw Valley (Oct. 21). Had seven assists vs. Missouri S&T (Oct. 14). Recorded three service aces at Lake Superior State (Sept. 23) and vs. Findlay (Nov. 4).

Before NMU:  Played two seasons at Kishwaukee College as a libero and defensive specialist. Named to the regional all-tournament team as a freshman and team captain as a sophomore. Team was two-time Arrowhead Conference and Region IV champs and finished fourth and sixth at the National Tournament. Lettered four times at N.E.W. Lutheran High School under Paul Steinhaus. Three-time first team all-conference selection, two-time all-state honorable mention, Press-Gazette All-Area Player of the Year and conference player of the year. Team won the conference all four years and was two-time regional champs and sectional champs/state qualifiers. Played for Green Bay Power Volleyball Club. Lettered in basketball and soccer.

Personal:  Likes Bible studies with friends, running, kayaking, watching movies and playing basketball and soccer. Teammate of Jasmine Calhoun at Kishwaukee College. Majoring in business administration. Daughter of Kim and Gary Zimmerman. Sister Kendra plays volleyball for Iowa Wesleyan and brother Kaylor plays basketball for Kishwaukee. Born December 14, 1990.
