GLIAC – The 2025-26 All-Academic and Academic Excellence Teams have been announced by the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference on Thursday (June 11). Between the Fall, Winter, and Spring semesters, the Wildcats landed 226 student-athletes on the GLIAC/At-Large Academic Teams.
A total of 144 Wildcats earned Academic Excellence recognition while an additional 82 placed on the All-Academic Team.
Criteria for the 2025-26 Academic Teams are as follows:
All-Academic Award
A student-athlete qualifies for the GLIAC All-Academic Award if they meet the following criteria:
• Listed on the active roster at the conclusion of the sport season.
• Have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.0 to 3.49.
• May not be a freshman or first-year transfer student-athlete. Redshirt freshmen are eligible.
Academic Excellence Award
A student-athlete qualifies for the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Award if they meet the following criteria:
• Listed on the active roster at the conclusion of the sport season.
• Have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• May not be a freshman or first year transfer student-athlete. Redshirt freshmen are eligible.
