Hockey
The Wildcats open the season on the road, traveling to UMass to play the Minutemen on Saturday and Sunday. After bowing out to the eventual national champions in the NCAA Tournament and ending the 24/25 season as the tenth ranked team in the nation, the Minutemen enter the 25/26 campaign as the 16th ranked team in the nation.

Football
After the bye-week, the 'Cats travel to Saginaw Valley for a clash against the Cardinals, who are also coming off of its by-week.

Volleyball
The volleyball team found its form this weekend, handing the Parkside Rangers its first loss of the season before sweeping the Roosevelt Lakers. NMU now carries that momentum into the weekend for matches against the Cardinals and Lakers.

Women's Soccer
After a split weekend that saw the 'Cats end the weekend by earning its first home conference win, a decisive 4-0 win over Davenport, the Wildcats will look to carry its momentum into a pair of more home conference matches, against Ferris State and Saginaw Valley.

Swim and Dive
The 'Cats are home for the opening weekend of competition, hosting a tri-meet with St. Cloud State and Davenport. There are three sessions: 10 AM on Friday, 4:30 PM on Friday, and 10 AM on Saturday.

Men's Golf
The team returns to the Motor City Shakedown, the place where Arthur Ylitalo finished in the top-10 and was named to the All-Tournament team last season.
