Blue Line Luncheon Set for Friday, October 17

MARQUETTE, Mich. - Reserve your seat at the first blue line luncheon of the 2025-26 NMU hockey season. The luncheon takes place on Friday, Oct. 17 beginning at noon at the Ramada of Marquette located at 412 West Washington Street.

Featured speakers include NMU Athletic Director Rick Comley, NMU Men's Hockey Head Coach Dave Shyiak, and select NMU Hockey players.

Space is limited and advance ticket purchase is recommended to guarantee your seat. To purchase tickets, visit tickets.nmu.edu or in person at the NMU Ticket Office located in the Superior Dome or by phone by calling 906-227-1032.

For a per person price of $25 fans can enjoy lunch catered by the newly opened Slabtz Bar and Grill. Doors open at 11:45 a.m. with lunch served promptly at 12 noon. Program begins at 12:15 p.m.. 

This event is one of two scheduled blue line luncheons for the 2025-26 hockey season. The next luncheon is scheduled for Friday, January 9, 2026 at the Ramada Inn of Marquette.
