MARQUETTE, Mich. - Minnie Bittell of the NMU women's lacrosse team has been honored as this week's GLIAC Offensive Player of the Week.

Bittell continues to set milestones and add accolades to her shining collegiate career; this time, earning her fourth GLIAC Player of the Week honor of the 2024 season. Minnie hit the prestigious 300 career point mark during Saturday's 11-5 win over Concordia-St. Paul, where she netted four goals and four assists while pulling down three draw controls. This game marks the 10th time she's scored 4+ goals, the 5th time recording 8+ points, and the 3rd time registering 4+ assists this season. Bittell now looks to next weekend, as she is two shy of 100 season points and 100 ground balls.

The 'Cats are back in action this weekend, as the conference championships kick off on Friday from Allendale, Michigan.
