MARQUETTE, Mich. - The NMU men's swim team showed no rust after a month of no competition, posting record-breaking times and defeating UW-Green Bay by a score of 174-114.
Leo Nolles broke two individual pool records, those being the 50 Freestyle (20.31) and 50 Butterfly (22.05). The butterfly time was also a team record.
The 400 Medley Relay team of
Thibault Auger, Wyatt Ddickman,
Ryan Lund, and
Leo Nolles set a pool record with their time of 3:24.20, along with the 200 Freestyle Relay team of
Leo Nolles, Will LaCount,
Gabriel Fulconi, and
Jef Leroux with their time of 1:22.00.
Tobie Stiles dove masterfully, setting team records in both the 1-meter 6-dives (316.88) and the 3-meter 6-dives (318.08).
Yesterday,
Alex Oestreich traveled to the UW-Stevens Point invitational, where he posted an NCAA Qualifying score.
