MARQUETTE, Mich. - The Northern Michigan University lacrosse team has revealed its schedule for the 2024 season.
The season will begin on February 10, 2024, as the Wildcats host the Hamline Pipers in the Superior Dome, beginning a home stand of six consecutive home games throughout the month of February. The Wildcats host Lewis and Quincy on February 16 and 18, then round out the month with games against Maryville, Adrian College, and McKendree on February 23, 24, and 25.
Northern will then hit the road, taking a trip to Missouri to play Rockhurst on March 4 and William Jewell on March 6 in Kansas City, Missouri, capped off by Missouri Western State on March 8 in St. Joseph, Missouri.
The Wildcats round out March in Ohio, first against Walsh on March 22 in North Canton, then matching up with Ashland on March 24 in Ashland.
NMU will then return to Marquette for a home spell while they jump into GLIAC competition, hosting Grand Valley State on April 5, Davenport on April 7, and Concordia-St. Paul on April 13.
The 'Cats spend the rest of April on the road, visiting Grand Rapids, Michigan on April 19 to square off against Davenport before heading to Allendale, Michigan for a matchup against Grand Valley State on April 21.
The Wildcats round out the regular season on April 27, squaring off against Concordia-St. Paul in St. Paul, Minnesota.
