A Deep Dive on Duals
Dual meets are competitions between two teams. Each team enters one wrestler per weight class, and she wrestles an opponent in that weight class from the other team. Team scoring is the idea behind dual meets, and the winning wrestler is awarded points depending on the nature of the win.

The Wildcats have competed in six duals this season, holding a record of 4-2. They have picked up victories over Alma (38-5), Trine (34-10), Tiffin (29-14), and John Carroll (31-16). They have lost to North Central (39-10) and McKendree (38-6), who are ranked No. 1 and No. 4 respectively with a combined record of 14-1.

Eight 'Cats have earned multiple victories in duals this season, with four leading the way with four wins: Sharon Leon (136), Marisa Roth (143), Noelle Gaffney (155), and Abigale Swanson (170).
