MARQUETTE, Mich. - Rounding out the regular season with a 5-7-4 overall record and 4-5-3 conference mark, the Wildcats men's soccer team will begin the GLIAC Tournament at Purdue Northwest on Sunday, October 30 at 1 p.m. eastern time.
The Wildcats earned the No. 5 seed in the tournament while the Pride (5-7-4, 5-5-2 GLIAC) are the No.4 seed. This will mark the third matchup this season between the two sides, with PNW taking each of the first two.

A Look at the Wildcats
NMU finished the regular season with a 5-7-4 overall mark. They were 4-5-3 within the conference. The Wildcats were led by freshman Tommaso Lami, who tallied eight goals and 19 points. Each of those marks was tops among GLIAC freshmen.
Cian Tunney led the team in assists with five. He also scored four goals and 12 points, both second-best in the Green and Gold.
A Look at Purdue Northwest
The Pride finished with the same season record as the Wildcats at 5-7-4. They went 5-5-2 in the GLIAC. PNW is led by Ryan Moran and Lucas Bravo Olle who have each scored three goals this season.
Previous Matchups
On September 16, the Pride bested NMU in Hammond by a 1-0 score. PNW led in total shots 8-3 in the contest. In their meeting in Marquette on October 16, PNW was victorious 2-0. The Wildcats led in shots in that meeting, 14-11.
