MARQUETTE, Mich. - The Wildcats wrap up their regular season with a trip to their UP rival Michigan Tech for an evening showdown on Sherman Field at Kearly Stadium on Friday, October 28. The opening kick is slated for 5 p.m.
The Wildcats (10-2-5, 7-2-4 GLIAC) sit in third place in the GLIAC and have clinched a home playoff game on Tuesday, November 1. The Huskies are 7-7-3 and 5-5-3 in the GLIAC.

Brooke Pietila and
Molly Pistorius each have six assists, tying them for second-best in the league. Pistorius is first among conference freshmen in goals (5), assists (6), and points (16).

Shenae Kreps has a 0.66 goals-against average to lead the GLIAC. The Wildcats are tied with Ferris State with ten shutouts this season.

The Huskies are 7-7-3 overall and 5-5-3 in the GLIAC. They are coming off a 2-1 comeback win at Saginaw Valley State. Gracie Vanlangvelde is one of the top goalkeepers in the conference, supporting a .839 save percentage (1st) and 73 total saves (2nd). She has won two GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week awards.
On offense, MTU Stephanie Yeager and Julia Pietila each have three goals.
