NMU Women’s Basketball Returns Home For A Pair Of Matchups

MARQUETTE, Mich. - The Northern Michigan University women's basketball team finds their way back to the Berry Events Center for a pair of Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) matchups this coming weekend.

NMU is preparing for a Thursday, Dec. 7 matchup against a strong program in Ferris State University at 5:30pm and then for a Saturday, Dec. 11 tip off against Lake Superior State University at 1pm.

TOYS FOR TOTS DRIVE:

The NMU Men's and Women's Basketball teams would like your help on Saturday, Dec. 11. Please make plans to attend Saturday's games against Lake Superior State and bring in new, unopened, and unwrapped toys to donate to our local Salvation Army to stay in the community during this holiday season. There will be a table set up in the Berry Events Center by the front entrance.
The Saturday doubleheader on Dec. 11 is scheduled to start at 1:00 p.m. with the Wildcat women hosting the Lakers followed by the men at 3:15 p.m.
The mission of the Marine Toys for Tots program is to distribute toys to less fortunate children at Christmas.
Don't miss out on an opportunity to support Wildcat Basketball while also supporting a great cause that will help spread holiday cheer to the Marquette community this year.
