MARQUETTE, Mich. - The Northern Michigan University men's basketball team begins conference play on the road this weekend. Starting on Thursday, Dec. 2, the Wildcats will take on Northwood University, the game is set to begin at 8 p.m.
Next the 'Cats will drive to Houghton Mich. to take on Michigan Technological University on Monday, Dec. 6. Tip off for that game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

NMU VS NORTHWOOD
Northern currently holds a two-game winning streak over the Timberwolves. In their last meeting in February 2021 the 'Cats defeated Northwood, 74-63.
NMU is looking to grow their 12-11 overall record against the Timberwolves.

The Wildcats have played the Huskies 33 times in program history, and currently have a 14-19 overall record with MTU. In their last meeting in February 2021, the 'Cats fell short to the Huskies but look to have a different outcome on Monday.
