MARQUETTE, Mich. - The Northern Michigan University women's basketball team continues a string of away games this weekend against two non-conference opponents.
Northern loads up the buses as they head for a matchup against St. Cloud State University Friday, Nov. 26th and then Saturday, Nov. 27th against the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

CJ Romero, is second among her team in assists (12) and assists per game (3.0).
STAT LEADERS
Sophomore guard
Makaylee Kuhn leads the 'Cats in several statistical categories, most notably in the rebound margin, grabbing 37 boards through her first four games.
Forward
Emily Mueller, also appearing for the Wildcats, continues to be a force defensively, averaging 5.2 defensive rebounds a game.
Northern ranks in the top ten for rebound margin in the NCAA Division II for an average of 15.8 per game.
NMU VS St. Cloud State University
The Wildcats and the Huskies have a short history of only seven games dating back to the 1985-86 season. NMU's last matchup against SCSU was in 2019 where the 'Cats came out victorious in a close matchup, winning by a score of 55-53.
