Mandie Meyer

Mandie Meyer was hired as Northern Michigan's assistant volleyball coach in 2013.

Meyer, a student-athlete under head coach Dominic Yoder from 2006 to 2009, was the head girl’s varsity volleyball coach at Kingsford High School during the 2012 season. She served as Yoder's volunteer assistant coach in 2011.

During the 2010 season, Meyer coached the Negaunee High School girl’s varsity team and was a volunteer coach for the Articatz Volleyball Club of Marquette.

Meyer was a two-time all-GLIAC selection. She was also an honorable mention selection to the American Volleyball Coaches Association Great Lakes Region Team. A captain and two-time team MVP, she appeared in 366 career matches and is fifth in Northern Michigan history in career kills (1,211) and 11th in career digs (1,036).

Meyer has a bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan in physical education with an emphasis in coaching.
