2024-25
Indoor:
- Competed in the weight throw at four meets
- Set a PR of 10.12m at the W-C-W Meet to take 7th place
Outdoor:
- Threw the javelin, discus, and hammer over four meets
- Set season-bests of 28.18m in the discus and 18.38m in the javelin at the UW-Oshkosh Invite, and 28.03m in the hammer at the St. Norbert Invite
Before NMU
- Competed in varsity meets for three years in high school
- Went to States as a team her junior year
- Medaled in discus several times

- Daughter of Erika and Lucas SponslerÂ

- Enjoys painting, pickleball, golf, badmitton, and disc golf
