2016-17: Indoor - Did not compete.
Outdoor - Appeared at one meet competing in the 1,500 and 3,000-meters.
2015-16: Indoor - Ran at the GLIAC Championships and placed 23rd in the 3,000-meter (11:05.38). Placed 2nd at the Northern Challenge with her season-best time in the mile (5:30.56). At The Big Meet, she ran the 3,000-meter (10:51.95).
Outdoor - Placed 2nd in the 3,000-meter steeplechase three times, clocking in her best time at the Al Owens Classic (11:40.98). Finished in 11th place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the GLIAC Championship (12:00.16).
2014-15: Indoor - Had her season-best time for the mile at the GLIAC Championship where she finished in 26th place (5:29.70). Also ran the 3,000-meter with her best time at The Big Meet (11:24.26).
Outdoor - Started the season with two wins in the Steeplechase at the St. Norbert's Invite (12:03.06) and the Rex Foster Invite (11:56.58). Her best time in the event came at the Hillsdale Invite (11:45.07) in a second place finish. Ran a 12:19.40 at the GLIAC Championship, which was good for 14th.
2013-14: Outdoor - Ran her best 3,000 steeplechase at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 12:42.12.
Indoor - Ran long distance events where she set a personal best in the 3,000 meter run at the Saginaw Valley Invite with a time of 11:42.25. Her best mile time came at the Karl Schlender Invitational where she finished with a time of 6:13.77.
High School: Lettered in cross country four times at Salem High School. Named all-Wayne County team 2009-2012. Team was region champions in 2012. Participated in track and soccer.
Personal: Enjoys playing soccer, volleyball and basketball. Majoring in athletic training. Daughter of Lori and John Flynn. Born on March 29, 1995. Also runs on the NMU Cross Country team.
