Northern Michigan University

2012-13: (Indoor) Placed second in the 5,000-meter run at the Pointer Invite (Feb. 2) and 19th at the GLIAC Championships (Feb. 23).  Named to the GLIAC all-academic team.
(Outdoor) finished second in the 5,000 at the UW-Oshkosh Open (April 6). Placed third in the 5,000 at both the Hillsdale Invite (April 13) and the Al Owens Classic (April 20). At the GLIAC Championships (May 2-3), took 12th in the 10K. Named to the GLIAC all-academic team.

2011-12: (Indoor) Placed second in the 3,000-meter run at the Northern Challenge. Finished 10th at the UW-Elite Meet in the 3,000-meter run.
(Outdoor) Won the 4x100 relay at the Oshkosh Invite and placed second in the 3,000-meter run. Finished third in the 5,000-meter run at the St. Norbert Twilight. At the GLIAC Outdoor Championships took 23rd in the 5,000-meter run. 

High School:  Lettered for four years in cross country at Reeths-Puffer High School under Dee Richards. Four-year all-conference selection, two-year All-City selection and team MVP. Also participated in track for two years and was all-conference.

Personal:  2011 graduate of Reeths-Puffer High School. Majoring in nursing. Daughter of Gary and Cheryl Howard. Born on May 3, 1993.
