2021-22: Indoor - Ran at five meets with a focus on the 800m race and the 4x400 relay. Took fifth place at the W-C-W Meet in the 800m with a time of 2:27.68. 

Outdoor - Ran at four meets for the Wildcats, including the GLIAC Championships where she competed in the 800m and 4x400m relay. Set a personal record in the 800m with a time of 2:22.75. 

2020-21: Indoor - Competed at four meets including the GLIAC Championships. 

Outdoor - Participated in three meets including the GLIAC Championships where she ran the 800. Helped the Wildcats take first in the 4x400m relay at the 2021 Big Blue Alumni Invite with a time of 4:16.03. 

2019-20: Indoor - Set a personal record in the 400m race at the GLIAC Championships, finishing at 1:01.60 for 13th place. Ran in six total meets. 

Outdoor - No Season Due to COVID-19

Before NMU: Earned eight total varsity letters from cross country and track & field. Named All-Conference three times in cross country. Helped the 4x800 meter relay earn All-State honors and posted a school record time. Qualified for the State Meet on three occasions. Aided the team to a Conference Track Championship in 2019. Cross country Region Runner up in 2018.

Personal: Daughter of Ray Lyon and Marta Sue Shea. Born September 30, 2001. Psychology major.
