Biography
2021-22: Indoor - Took 16th place in both the 300m and 5000m races at the GLIAC Championships. At the Jet's Pizza Invite, ran the 5000m race to a second place finish.Â
Outdoor - Ran in the distance events for the Wildcats where she earned a first place finish in the 10,000m race at the SNC Twilight Meet and took 10th in the event at the GLIAC Championships.Â
2020-21: Indoor - Took 14th in the 5000m at the GLIAC Championships.Â
Outdoor - Ran the 10,00m race in a personal best time of 37:45.47 to take sixth at the GLIAC Championships. In the 5000m event, ran a personal best of 18:10.46 at the GINA Relays and took second at the 2021 Big Blue Alumni Event.Â
Before NMU: Earned a total of eight varsity letters as a member of the cross country and track & field teams for Big Rapids High School. Earned All-State recognition for cross country two times. Named All-Conference each year. Named All-Region three times for cross country and four times for track & field. Holds school record for the 5K and the 3200 Meter Run. Two-time Cross-Country Conference Champion.
Personal: Daughter of David and Christine Langworthy. Born November 18, 2000. Physical Therapy major.
