Biography

2017-18

Cross Country - Set a career-best 6k at a time of 24:57.8 and earned a 49th place finish at the GLIAC Championships. Her 5k best was set at the Bay College Invitational in 20:16.7. Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

Indoor – Competed once in the 3,000-meters at the Opener, finishing with a time of 11:13.60. Named to GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

Outdoor – Did not compete. Named to GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

2016-17

Cross Country - Ran fastest 6K (25:35.1) of the season at the U.P. Championships on Oct. 14. Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

Indoor -  Competed on three ocasions, highlighted by a third-place finish in the 3,000-meters at the Lake Superior Challenge. 

Outdoor -  Did not compete.

2015-16

Cross Country - Clocked fastest 6K time (25:10.33) at the Conference Crossover Invitational.

Indoor - Placed 8th at The Opener in the 3,000-meter (11:43.34) and ran her fastest 600-meter (1:54.74). Recorded her season-best time in the mile at the Doug Hansen Open (5:54.53).

Outdoor - Recorded her season-best time in the 5,000-meter run at the Augustana Viking Olympics (21:06.16).

Before NMU: Helped Traverse City Central win four conference titles, three regional championships and place in the top in the state four times. Earned all-conference and all-regional team honors twice. Competed at the state finals twice. Also played soccer and basketball.

Personal: Daughter of Michael and Jenny Pfannenstiel. Majoring in human center design. Born on December 22, 1996.
