Biography
2016-17: Indoor - Appeared in one meet, placing ninth in the weight throw at the Opener.
Outdoor - Did not compete.
2015-16: Indoor - Posted best shot put mark (29-11.25) at The Opener and best weight throw distance (33-10.25) at the Lake Superior Challenge.
Outdoor - Competed in the hammer throw at the GLIAC Championship (99-03.00) placing 30th. Posted best shot put mark (28-08.25) at the Al Owens Classic.
2014-15: Indoor - Finished 12th in the shot put at the Northern Challenge with a throw of 8.99m.
Before NMU: Lettered four times in the shot put and discus while being a conference champion three times.
Personal: Daughter of Carl Pate and Claudette James. Pre-Physical therapy major. Born on November 7th, 1995.
