Indoor:

• Competed at seven meets
• Won the 400m race at the Maverick Premier #2 with a time of 58.36 and the 200m race at the Parkside Clasic with a time of 26.12

• Participated in nine meets during the outdoor season
• Hit an NCAA provisional mark and set a school record of 1:01.04 in the 400m hurdles at the GLIAC Championships to take 4th
• Won the 100m (12.76) and 200m (25.90) sprints at the St. Norbert Invite
• Victorious in the 400m hurdles at the Redbird Challenge (1:04.15) and the UW-Oshkosh Invite (1:02.49)
• A member of NMU's 4x100m relay team that won the UW-Oshkosh Invite with a time of 49.10

• Placed 2nd in the 60m hurdles, 3rd in the 4x400m, and 7th in the 60m at the Early Bird Open

• Participated in eight events throughout the outdoor season
• Finished in 2nd place in the 400m hurdles at the NCC Carius/Gergory Invitational, finishing in a personal best time of 1:03.07
• Took 6th place in the 400m hurdles at the GLIAC Championships
• A member of the 4x100m relay team that took 4th at the GLIAC Championships
• Helped the 4x100m relay team take 1st place at the St. Norbert Invitational

• Named to the 2022-23 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team

• Competed in seven meets during the indoor season including the GLIAC Indoor Championships where she took 8th place in the 400m and 4th in the 4x400m
• At the Lake Michigan Open, she placed 2nd in the 400m and 3rd in the 55m hurdles
• Finished in 4th in the 200m, 5th in the 300m, and 9th in the 55m hurdles at the WCW Meet

• Raced in six outdoor meets including the GLIAC Outdoor Championships where she took 10th in the 400 hurdles and 3rd in the 4x400m
• At the NCC Carius/Gregory Invitational, she took home a 1st place finish in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:03.94
• Placed 3rd in both the 100m and 4x400m at the Elaine Leigh Invite

• Ran at six meets including the GLIAC Championships where she placed 15th in the 400m and 13th in the triple jump
• Set a long jump PR of 4.87m in her first collegiate meet at the UW-Oshkosh Early Bird Invite

• In the 400m hurdles, ran a season best time of 1:06.73 at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative Meet for 2nd place
• Ran the same event at the GLIAC Championships where she took 8th
• Hit a PR in the triple jump at the Golden Grizzlies Invite, a mark of 9.94m that was good for 9th place

• 300-meter hurdle record holder at Gladstone
• UP-State runner-up in the 300-meter hurdles and long jump (2021)
• Most Valuable Women's Athlete - Negaunee Lions Invitational
• Three-time varsity Track & Field team captain
