2019-20: Competed in every round in all five meets. Season best 75 at the SVSU Fall Invitational and William Beall Fall Classic. Finished third at the SVSU Fall Invite with a total of 151. Tied for second at the Kohler Classic with a total of 163. Was fifth at the Saddlebrook Spring Kickoff with a 241. Averaged 79.45 per round during the season.
2018-19: Became the first player in program history to reach the NCAA Championships, finishing 36th. Finished seven events in the top 10, including a second place at the Cav Classic at the Glenmoor Country Club. Tied for sixth at the NCAA East Regional, posting rounds of 72, 75 and 78.
2017-18: Finished among the top ten in four of the seven events she competed in…captured fourth place at the GLIAC Championships, and third in both the Kohler Collegiate Classic and GLIAC vs. GMAC Challenge…named All-GLIAC Second Team.
2016-17: Northern Michigan's top finisher at four spring events, including the GLIAC Championships (2nd) and NCAA East Super Regional (20th). Finished in the top 20 at all six spring events. Shot a season-best 74 in the first round of the GLIAC Championships. Posted best two-round score (150) at the Perry Park Spring Fling and GLIAC Championships. Shot a three-round 228 at the GLIAC Championships and 233 at the NCAA East Super Regional.
Before NMU: Namibia's top-ranked golfer, Els won a silver medal at the 2014 Africa Youth Games.
