Biography

2016: Clocked fastest 6K time (25:10.6) of the season en route to a 19th-place finish at the U.P. Championships on Oct. 22.

2015: Took eighth in the 5K at the Chris Yanni Memorial Invitational with a time of 19:42.64. Ran fastest 6K (24:26.38) at the Conference Crossover Invitational. Represented Northern Michigan at the GLIAC Championship, finishing 101st with a time of 25:36.9.

2014: Ran in five meets, clocking a season-best 6K time of 23:55 at the GLIAC Championship.  Also ran a 19:46 in the 5K at the Lucian Rosa Invite.

2013: Finished 21st (27:10:2) at Michigan Tech and 22nd at the U.P. Championship. Also ran at the UW-Parkside Open and UW-Parkside Invite.

High School: Lettered in cross country four times at Salem High School. Named to the all-Wayne County team 2009-2012. Team was region champions in 2012. Participated in track and soccer. 

Personal: Enjoys playing soccer, volleyball and basketball. Majoring in athletic training. Daughter of Lori and John Flynn. Born on March 29, 1995.
