Biography
2021 - Ran in five meets for NMU. Took 50th at the Lucian Rosa Invite with a time of 25:57.5. Ran at the GLIAC Championships, posting a time of 27:27.4 in the 6K event.Â
2020 - No Season Due to COVID-19
2019 - Ran the U.P. Championship in 19:56.1 to finish sixth. Posted a time of 21:11.4 for 38th at the Northwood Invite. Finished the GLIAC Championships in 25:03.6 and took 84th. Posted times of 25:09.8 at the Spartan Invite and 25:26.7 at the Roy Griak Invite. Finished the Conference Crossover in 26:14.2.
Before NMU: Earned eight total varsity letters from cross country and track & field. Named All-Conference three times in cross country. Helped the 4x800 meter relay earn All-State honors and posted a school-record time. Qualified for the State Meet on three occasions. Aided the team to a Conference Track Championship in 2019. Cross country Region Runner up in 2018.
Personal: Daughter of Ray Lyon and Marta Sue Shea. Born September 30, 2001. Psychology major.
