Northern Michigan University

2021 - Ran in six meets for the 'Cats. Finished 7th overall in the 5K at the Northwood Invite with a time of 19:23.6 to help lead Northern to victory. Placed 22nd overall in the 6K at the Lucian Rosa Invite with a time of 23:51.0. Took 44th overall at the GLIAC Championships, crossing the finish line at 24:29.9. Competed at the Midwest Regional Championships and ran a 23:19.9 6K race. 

2020 - No Season Due to COVID-19

2019 - Second place at the U.P. Championships, crossing the finish line at 19:33.1. Finished 14^th with a time of 19:31.1 at the Northwood Invite.  Placed 39^th at the GLIAC Championships, finishing in 23:15.4. Competed at the NCAA Championship to finish 88^th in 23:04.1. Also ran in the Spartan Invite, Roy Griak and Conference Championships.

Before NMU: Earned a total of eight varsity letters as a member of the cross country and track & field teams for Big Rapids High School. Earned All-State recognition for cross country two times. Named All-Conference each year. Named All-Region three times for cross country and four times for track & field. Holds school record for the 5K and the 3200 Meter Run. Two-time Cross-Country Conference Champion.

Personal: Daughter of David and Christine Langworthy. Born November 18, 2000. Physical Therapy major.
