2015: Took third in the 4K at the U.P. Championships with a time of 14:33.8. Placed 27th at the Roy Griak Invitational, timing in at 23:50.2. Finished in the top 15 at the Conference Crossover Invitational (12th, 22:31.48) and the GLIAC Championship (13th, 22:33.9). Earned a spot on the all-GLIAC second team. Posted fastest 6K time (22:12.126) of the season at the NCAA Midwestern Regional, taking 40th. Represented Northern Michigan at NCAA National Championship, finishing 106th with a time of 22:14.70.
2014: Won the U.P. Championship for the second-straight season with a time of 21:52. Finished second on the team in four races, clocking a season-best time of 21:32 at the GLIAC Championship en route to an 18th-place finish. Earned all-GLIAC second team accolades. Also was named to the all-Midwest Region team after taking 22nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 21:44.
2013: Won the U.P. Championship (14:41:3). Finished third (24:11:3) at Michigan Tech and 36th at the Roy Griak Invitational. Placed 15th (18:23:5) at the UW Parkside Rosa Invite, 27th at GLIAC Championship and 29th at Regional Championship.
2012: Earned first letter. Placed third (19:58.6) at the Michigan Tech Opener and U.P. Championship (14:52). Finished 14th (19:31.9) at the Midwest Collegiate Open, 58th (24:09.5) at the Roy Griak Invite, 32nd (22:30.5) at the GLIAC Championship and 90th (23:24) at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
High School: Lettered four times in cross country, track and field and skiing at Lathrop High School. Wendy’s High School Heisman Award recipient. Won the 2012 cross country regional and Alaska state championships, while setting a new course record at state in 18:38. Finished third in the 3,200-meter at the Alaska State track and field championship. Regional champion in the 7.5k classic race as a senior skier. Skied for Nordic Ski Club of Fairbanks and was on the Junior National Alaska Ski team.
