Biography

2013: Finished first (23:56:3) at Michigan Tech. Placed 11th (22:59:6) at Roy Griak Invite, second (14:41:6) at UP Championship, 15th (22:57:2) at GLIAC Championship, 22nd at Midwest Regional Championship and 23rd (18:30:2) at UW Parkside Rosa Invitational.

2012:  
Earned first letter. Placed fourth (14:53) at the U.P. Championship, seventh (20:12.4) at the Michigan Tech Opener and 10th (19:15.6) at the Midwest Collegiate Open. Finished 36th (22:31.8) at the GLIAC Championship, 47th (22:40) at the NCAA Midwest Regional and 79th (24:24.6) at the Roy Griak Invite.

High School:  Cross Country: Two-time DI Vermont state runner-up. Finished eighth in 2010 and 16th in 2009 at the New England Cross Country Qualifier. Two-time most valuable runner. Gatorade Athlete of the Year nominee. Two-time team captain and two-time Marble Valley League champion.
Nordic Skiing: Three-time All-American. Two-time Jr. National silver medalist. Two-time New England Jr. National team member. Team was national champions. Two-time high school’s most valuable skier. New England Eastern High School champion. Team was 2009 Vermont state champions. Two-time captain and Marble Valley League champion. Received the Mike Gallaher Award.

Personal:  A 2011 graduate of Rutland High School. Likes exercising, reading, collaging and traveling. Majoring in management of health and fitness. Daughter of Christine and Anthony Cirelli. Received the Vermont Principal’s Association Award, the Daughter’s of the American Revolution Award and the Italian American Scholarship.
