2013: Finished 11th at UP Championship (15:55:8). Placed 12th at Michigan Tech (26:00:5) and 70th at Wisconsin-Parkside Opener (20:16:7). Also ran at the Roy Griak Invite.

2012:  Finished 12th (20:57.1) at the Michigan Tech Opener. Placed 13th (15:37) at the U.P. Championship. Also ran at the Blugold Invite and the Roy Griak Invite. Named NMU Student-Athlete Scholar of the Month in September. Named to GLIAC Academic Excellence Team.

2011:  Lettered for the first time after placing 17th at the U.P. Cross Country Opener at MTU. Participated in the Roy Griak Invite, U.P. College Championships and finished 90th at the GLIAC Championship.

High School:  Lettered four years in cross country at Ravenna High School under Eric Cumberland. Two-year captain, all-conference scholar-athlete, West Michigan Conference Honor Award, all-state and academic all-state. Also participated in track.

Personal:  Likes to run, swim, bike, read and hike. Daughter of Jay and Bonnie Allen. Majoring in biology/physiology. Born on April 20, 1993.
