2021 - Named to the All-GLIAC Second Team, posting a time of 23:33.3 at the GLIAC Championships for 20th place. Named a 2021 NCAA Division II Women's Cross Country All-Academic Athlete by the USTFCCCA. Ran in six total meets. Took 3rd place at the Northwood Invite with a time of 19:01.4. Ran at the Midwest Regional Championships, crossing the finish line at 21:58.8 for 42nd place, while setting a personal 6K record. 

2020 - No Season Due to COVID-19

2019 - Opened the season by taking sixth at the Northwood Invite, completing the course in 18:49.0.  Finished the Spartan Invite in 23:24.9. Competed in the Roy Griak Invite in 24:31.4 for 81^st. Competed in the Conference Crossover and posted a time of 25:26.6.

2018 - Competed in six races on the year. Season-best finish at the U.P. Championships, taking 30th with a time of 21:17.1. Time of 25:37.20 at the GLIAC Championships. Finished 75th at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 24:32.50. Posted a time of 24:40.20 at the NCAA Midwest Regional. Notched a time of 25:00.90 at the Spartan Invite and 25:21.20 at the Conference Crossover.  

2017 - Ran a 25:18 (6k) at the GLIAC Championships and finished in the top 60 competitors.  Finished fourth in the 5k at the Bay College Invitational with a time of 20:21. Her fastest 5k of the year was a 20:01 run on September 9 at UW-Parkside. Ran the 6k at the MSU Spartan Invitational, Roy Griak Invitational, and Lewis Conference Crossover with her fastest time being a 25:06 at MSU on September 15.

Before NMU: Led her team as a captain for two years. Received the All-Conference Award as well as Academic All-State Award her senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Betsy and Jesse. Majoring in Spanish and International Studies.
