2017-18: Member of the 400-yard medley relay team to earn second-place at the GLIAC Championships. Second place at the 2018 Fazoli’s Invitational in the 100-yard breaststroke. Sixth place in the 200-yard breaststroke and seventh in the 100-yard breaststroke at the GLIAC Championships.

2016-17:Stroven placed first in the 75-yard breaststroke in the dual meet against SVSU. She then competed against UWSP, taking first place in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:08.67) and the 200-yard breaststroke (2:29.69)

2015-16: Member of the 400 medley relay team that finished in third place (3:48.56) and a member of the 200 medley relay team posting a third place finish (1:45.21) at the GLIAC Championships. Won the 100 breaststroke at the Wisconsin-Stevens Point meet (1:07.91).

High School: Named to the All-State team. Earned team's most improved and ULAA athlete academic award. Team won a Michigan State championship.

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Karen Stroven. Majoring in accounting.
